Evidence of natural avalanche cycle off the east slopes off subpeaks south of Columnar Pk. Multiple fresh natural avalanches, sz 1 to 1.5, from the Friday snowfall. We could identify a high angle start zone in all cases. Avalanche debris was small and paths were relatively narrow, consistent with minimal propagation and relatively shallow slide. We did not notice any other avalanche signs (no whumping or shooting cracks) throughout the day.
