We poked into Core Lodge today. Alpine and Tree Line are scoured to rock with deposits of snow just in gullies and depressions. We tried to work our way to the back meadows, on the west side of the riding area, but the 85cm was not enough to cover ground roughness. We decided to not risk an a-arm and kept mostly to compacted trails.
