Spring sledding never looks so good.

Winter has returned to the Corbin area! We spent the day enjoying fresh dry powder in the Rain Gauge. The wind and cloudy skies were keeping it cool but there was little to no snow being transported around. The cornices are impressive here with some of them the size of a bus, we continue to avoid traveling on a ridge top above them and below them. The storm snow is bonding well to previous surfaces like the melt-freeze crust and we had only had resistant test results on a wind slab layer.
