Great riding on N aspects. Miserable descent back to the pipeline road - any sun-exposed snow was very wet sticky sno-cone texture. Plenty of pinwheeling up top.

Small slide, just ENE from Zoa subpeak, seemingly triggered by another group some time between 1:30PM and 2:40PM. We were surprised to see it, since we had skied similar aspects nearby and had noticed no wind affected snow or slabbiness - just pinwheeling. After seeing this avy, we did note some wind affected snow near it at the top of this gully.
