Party of two with one dog traversed along the top of nitro/rush but realized they wanted to be higher and aiming for the main run down the shoulder. Owner called dog up but triggered taking dog. Unrelated party of two was nearby to the north west and came towards slide. Owner descended rush chute on foot and started probing for dog. Other party did a beacon search and found no signal, started probing. Dog was found after twenty minutes and is okay. Triggered approximately 11:40. Crown looks to be2-3 ft. Ran past normal exit/skin track. Maybe R3/D2
