Weather

Started the day with clear skies. Clouds started to build by mid-morning and as of 1400 are OVC with very light snow falling. Ridge top winds were light out of the SW.

Snowpack

West aspects ATL are generally blown free of snow. N-SE aspects ATL had 3-5" of DF/FCsf on a fairly firm wind slab or MFcr as you trended more S'rly. More S'rly aspects had a thin MFcr on the surface. See attached snow pit profile for more detail of an ESE aspect ATL.
