Weather

Much more graybird than expected. Overcast skies in AM giving way to snow showers midday/ early afternoon. No meaningful accumulations. Winds calm to light w moderate gusts as snow showers arrived. Mild temps. Some brief breaks in the clouds that allowed for intense sun.

Snowpack

Surface snow surprisingly dry where shaded even at low elevations, though it did get moister through the day. Where exposed to radiation, moist to wet. No signs of fresh drifts/ Wind Slab avalanche problem NTL. No near-surface PWLs found that would be problematic w new load, except F-hard snow at surface on northerlies.
