Weather

Partly cloudy and cool. Scattered showers brought a few flakes, but no accumulation.

Snowpack

The snowpack remains quite variable. A variety of firm, chalky and slick surfaces dominate near and above treeline. Current stagnant wx pattern with cool temps and no new snowfall is keeping snowpack from changing much at this time. Low elevation and sunny slopes lost quite a bit of snow cover during last week's warm-up.
