Snowpack

We dug on a north and northeast slope at about 9200ft. The snowpack is from 120 to 140 cms deep. The snowpack is strong with fair structure (not poor). Buried weak layers in the bottom half of the pack were not very reactive in tests and are fairly strong. It will take a large load to get avalanches on deeply buried weak layers in this area.
