Clear and calm opposed to Sunday and Monday when WNW winds were moderate to strong and visibility was limited

Indy has seen about 12" of snow since late Saturday with a variable snow depth and much of the surface roughness still exposed in the highway paths on the W side. Evidence of previous wind loading to E aspects was visible.
