Started at 9:00am about 2° at the lake. Skis on at 700m. Type 2 fun alder-dodging and creek crossing up to 1000m. Everything above 1000m was excellent and made for some fun easy skinning. About 5cm of fresh light snow on top of semi-supportive crust. The summit was in sight but snow was too firm and wind effected to ski the main face. Skied the trees and had a fun time!
