Warm, light to moderate S winds with minor wind transport visible, overcast to obscured, dry
Snowpack
Very wet snow below 9k. Dry snow sitting above crust above 9800'. Large rollerballs on descent below 9k. Running waterfall 9,400' north face. 10 cm new snow overnight. Winds slabs up to 35cm on north and east faces. Minor cracking on test slopes. Turned around on summit ridge around 11,5K due to thin snowpack consisting of 10cm wind press on top of 90 cm unconsolidated rotten snow on NW aspect.
Avalanche
2 small natural triggered wind slabs seen on ENE face around 11,7K below cornices.
