Weather

HS/W; 7"/0.45". Obscured to mostly cloudy skies with light SW winds. Temps warmed significantly during brief sunny breaks in the overcast. Periods of S-1 to S1 snow throughout the day with 1.5" additional at 1400.

Snowpack

New snow adhered well to hard old snow surface. Ski tests in most windloaded spot (NE at TL) produced only minor cracking and harmless (<D1) loose snow activity. Observed wind transport/loading was not significant. On steep N aspects below TL triggered loose snow activity is barely worth mentioning.
