Weather

OVC skies. S1-S2 throughout the day. Strong winds out of the west. High near 20F. 7-12 inches of new/wind-deposited snow

Snowpack

Two persistent weak layers of concern on E aspect NTL. 103 cm up from the ground and 45-50 up from the ground (HS 150). Each layer produced propagating results. I am assuming these layers can also be found on N-NE aspects NTL and ABTL. I was not able to find the persistent slab problem on NW aspects NTL and BTL. At each elevation band there was nothing harder than a 4F slab in the midpack. The HS at each elevation was drastically different being 70 cms NTL and 160 BTL.
