Weather

Sunny, starting temps at 8am were 17 and windy, 25 by 12pm

Snowpack

SE, N, NE, 11,699' 5' of depth, mostly consolidated, except for weak faceted layer at 4'9" hasty pit only. Top layer everywhere was relatively corny (is that a word?) No cracking or whomping observed.

Avalanche

In attached photo, what appears to be a crown from an older slide was observed at about 12500' NE aspect
