S aspect, 11,400', Dry Gulch. No strength and poor structure, but missing a substantial load. 85 cm height of snow consisting of the snow from a few days ago (fist to 4f hardness) on alternating layers of crusts and facets. ECTP 3 on crust/facet layer 25 cm down. Boot pen nearly to ground. In some places the crust was supportable with skis, other places ski pen was nearly up to knees. Still some snow being transported up high
