Finally some visibility

We skied in the Summit Knob area on Jan 04 and completed road patrols with better visibility today on Jan 05. Only small surface results observed from most recent storm. A few small loose dry avalanches and one small slab avalanche from a steep lee N facing feature. Ski quality has improved with the recent snow, however in steeper terrain the old hard windslabs can still be felt under the low density snow. A big shift in the weather is forecast and a return to classic warm and windy southern Alberta days.
