Hankin

Bittersweet evening at Hankin. Please respect new signage and the memorandum's from RSTBC that the Day Shelter and Fire Lookout are closed for patrons at the moment. Skiing on the trails remains open to individual judgement, read some of the pleas from our Health Professionals before putting yourself in a position where you could adversely affect another. On another note, the BBSS is no longer plowing the road to Hankin for the remainder of the season. Be aware of the driving conditions, they are especially bad upon the final hill to the parking lot (just past the hairpin right turn). The only Subaru making it up there is piloted by rally car driver Travis Pastrana... Think twice before making the trip, 4x4 is mandatory, no turnarounds.
