Snowpack

Melting fast on McClure. Lower paths like Flatiron and the Headaches have only a few inches of snow in them, and coverage is patchy. Many cut banks have produced tiny full depth WL, but nothing came near the road. Snow in study plot has been wet forms for a week, and has an occasionally supportable crust about 10 cm thick. No snow on the stake, but looked like about 2" at the top of the bowls from the storm on the 18th. This is the lowest HS reading since December 19th. Heavy rain to the top of the pass was reported by the Patrol 15 TM3 at 19:30 on the evening of the 18th. It had been raining lightly for a couple of hours beforehand as well. No activity was observed in LT or HP bowls except some rollerballs and a couple of tiny WL point releases that only ran about 20-40'.
