Weather

Light snow showers in the morning with no accumulation. Cold temps around -5C and sharp Easterly winds. Noticed a good amount of wind loading onto Westerly slopes above treeline. Clearing in the afternoon but still cold with Moderate East winds.

Snowpack

Snow cover is thin on S-W aspects near treeline, and very faceted on shallow slopes and crusty when the incline steepens. no real avalanche hazard until new snow arrives.
