Cold and clear, slightly breezier above treeline (10-15 mph).
Snowpack
Below treeline: new snow layer unaffected, still very light and unconsolidated, even in open areas. Above treeline: snow was wind affected and highly variable on E and SE facing slopes (stiff (1F) breakable windslab approximately 8-10 cm thick, sastrugi, and very hard (K) windscoured snow). NE-facing slopes were scalloped from previous high winds.
