Moderate to strong northerly wind all day. Few to broken clouds with periods of overcast. Temps never broke 10F.
Snowpack
Average height of snow on the south aspect between 10900-11200' was 55cm average. 15 cm DF (fist) on top of a 3 cm M/F crust with varying sized facets (fist) below to the ground. Foot pen. to ground. This snowpack structure seemed to be widespread throughout the slope and similar terrain. CT scores varied from easy to moderate below the crust. Average height of snow for the west aspect, similar elevation was slightly higher at 70cm on average. Same snowpack structure as south aspect without the M/F crust. CT scores were moderate at old/new snow interface. Observed no Nats. Ridgetop loading was variable with some areas cleaned off and some fat. Stability rating fair to good.
