Skied a N aspect below TL. The snowpack experienced significant settlement since yesterday. Snow was unaffected by wind and relatively cohesion-less throughout. Saw no collapsing, cracking, or sluffing. On a S aspect well below TL the new snow had bonded well to the old M/F crust. Seems that on N-E-S aspects below TL, hazard is MOD. W-NW aspects below and near TL tend to be more wind affected and likely more reactive than the due north. Near and above TL is a scary mix of conditions right now. N-E slopes have large new slabs perched in starting zones that are largely thin and weak from the long NW flow regime. NW-SW slopes are heavily cross-loaded with highly wind affected surfaces and thin outliers. Hard to feel good about anything above TL right now.
