Snowpack
None of the recent avalanches were large (>D2). Fresh wind slabs were deposited on lee aspects, ridge crests and cross-loaded gullies and terrain depressions. The alpine zones were wind effected. Exposed ridges were scoured and lee slopes looked loaded with a visual wind "crust?".
