Weather

Weather: Snowing bursts of grapple with about an inch accumulation by early afternoon. Moderate winds with strong gusts were primarily Westerly but also coming out of the East at times too.

SNOWPACK OBS: There was a paper thin crust through all open areas and elevations we traveled today. Winds were blowing snow near and above tree line. Our skin track was refilling in less then an hour. Red Coon basin had lots of wind effect and sastrugi. Wind slabs looked to be building on the Eastern side of the ridge.
