Weather

Clear skies all day. Moderate NE winds tapering in the afternoon, but still gusty. Wind transport near treeline and in open areas below treeline.

Snowpack

Below TL avg HS 120cm. Closer to TL found consistent HS 150cm. Very supportive. In general snowpack was mostly thick cohesive slabs. Found obvious weak layers on only the most facet prone slopes (due N, and near rocks and trees). Shaded <TL slopes had near surface facets on surface.
