Snowpack

Clear skies, calm winds, and warm temps warmed snow surfaces quickly. Moist to wet surfaces on Southeast, South, and Southwest at all elevations, and on due west below ~11,000 ft. Rapid near surface facet formation on low angle or more shaded slopes.

Avalanche

Small wet loose on steep southerlies above treeline in the Ruby Range near cliff bands. Lots of hi-marking on big slopes on Owen and Ruby with no signs of instability
