Broken low clouds gave way to clear skies by mid-morning. N ridge-top winds were initially Moderate w/ strong gusts but decreased to light w/ moderate gusts by noon. Blowing snow had mostly stopped by 12p. Temps were cold, staying below freezing @ pass elev.
