Weather

Weak, shallow refreeze below 11000 feet. Lenticulars on summit briefly early AM, then broken clouds, sometimes heavy and gray, through mid afternoon, but no precip beyond 30 sec of graupel. Winds light, even calm at summit early afternoon. By mid afternoon, ditches and streams full w running water. Fullest they've been yet this year.
