Weather
Cold temps and increasing wind through the mid-morning hours. Winds really started to transport snow as we returned to lower elevations. Very light snow with no accumulation.
Snowpack
New snow from the past 24-48 hours measured 3 to 6 inches. Northeast facing terrain at and below treeline had only a soft storm slab that was not reactive to ski cuts. Wind slabs were visible from our high point at treeline, and we opted not test the wind slab below ridges above treeline.
