Snowpack

Crested Butte Area Aspect (N/S/E/W, etc.): SE - S - SW Elevation: 12,000 Skinned up Red Lady about 7 AM under light snow and little wind. By treeline, winds had picked up steadily from the SW at 10 - 20 mph and snowfall increased to S1. Skied the glades. SW aspects had more of a crust than straight southerlies or SE aspects. A few cm of new snow was sitting on the crust on the way out around 9 AM. We neither caused nor observed any avalanche activity.
