Good visibility allowed for a tour of the SW Gulch zone. Still low snow coverage overall, with evidence of strong NE winds in the alpine. We found around 100 cm of snow in the Japan Trees, variable amounts in the alpine. Decent turns to be had in protected areas. No new avalanches observed.
