Weather

There was about a 10 degree valley inversion in the Crystal Valley early this morning. It warmed to above freezing quickly by mid-morning. High scattered clouds with light wind from the west southwest.

Snowpack

Still low snow on McClure with 33cms at the road summit elevation and 65cms at the start zone elevation of Lone Tree Bowl. The snow is barely deep enough to be a continuous weak layer in the northeast-facing portion of the Lone Tree Bowl start zone. The snowpack is generally weak with near-surface faceted snow at the surface, a degrading mid-pack, and small grained faceted snow adjacent to the ground.
