Snowpack

The snowpack is shallow, facety and mostly weak on N-E-S aspects. On S aspects, the snow was up to ~50 cm deep. The snow surface started to get wet after 12 PM, and in isolated location on SE aspects, it had up to 10 cm thick winds slab at the top of the snowpack. On N aspect the snowpack was up to 60 cm deep, mostly faceted and cold. Overall the snowpack is weak, faliure initiation is possible, but lack a slab to become unstable. See snowpits for more details.
