Went for a tour up Mt. Trudeau yesterday to see how the new snow was affecting things. Much less weedy on the ride in and touring up from the road. A couple of settlements part way up but much less reactive than Friday when we were last there. Dug a pit just below treeline and got a moderate result (CTM-16) down 1m. Actually better than Friday at the same location (CTM-13 down 50cm). On Friday the buried surface hoar was a very visible 1cm thick layer but I had to wait until the block popped off to locate it yesterday. No sign of recent natural avalanche activity.
