Weather

Sunny, no wind. It was warming quickly probably mid 30s East facing slope at 11000 feet

Snowpack

Storm snow on old layer. The skiers left of the bowl had slid the previous day and most of the bowl to the right had slid the day before, the center remained.

Avalanche

Skied the center of the bowl and got a small pocket to pull. East facing slope, 35 degrees. Storm snow sliding off rotten snow from the October storm. 1 foot crown breaking 20 feet across and running 50 feet. Low energy.
