-Steamboat resort, under thunderhead lift line. -North/northeast - Below 9,000 ft

Snowpack

- Top of thunderhead lift line - Wind loaded slab on top of a buried layer of faceted snow created from the first heavy snowfall in October followed by weeks of melt-freeze cycles. -Slope is estimated to be approximately 35°.

Avalanche

Small, D1 R1 if it could technically be considered a slide. Mainly just a small slab that broke in an area where avalanches are not extremely common.
