Weather

Overcast, light winds from the west/southwest.

Snowpack

Powder, but starting to settle a bit. ~14-18 inches sitting on top of several layers "crust".

Avalanche

Avalanche broke at ~12,300 ft. elevation in the west facing bowl of Ohio Peak. Crown was ~6 ft deep at its deepest. Slope was facing mostly west. It was probably 400-600 ft wide at the crown and ran to about 11,500 and ~1/3 of a mile into the upper proportions of Brown's gulch.
