Weather

Nice warm morning. HN24 was about an inch. Light winds SW.

Snowpack

More supportive than I was expecting. The crown was just over a meter deep at the deepest point. Seems like new storm snow on top of that bad layer that has been around.

Avalanche

N-HS-R2-D2-I. This avalanche was on a North aspect with a ridge just to the West. It was obvious the wind loading caused the weak layer to be overloaded. This avalanche was just below tree line.
