Snowpack
The snowpack depth ranges from 60 to 100 centimeters. Ski penetration is almost to the ground except where there is a stiffer slab (4F+), even then you are breaking mostly through it. Open north through east-facing slopes near and below treeline produce shooting cracks, visible collapsing and whumpfing.
