Snowpack
The snow coverage is not bad for the Sangre de Cristo mountains, especially for November. Still thin as usual but it looks like some deeper areas of snow near treeline and on some higher and more protected east and southeast facing terrain. The recent north winds did a lot of damage to the alpine and most northerly start zones are stripped. North-facing gullies are filled in and that is about it for continous coverage on north-facing above treeline. See photos for more info.
