Overcast skies with low cloud. Snow showers would move through during the day. Temps felt warm, but snow surface was slow to soften.

Below treeline on south and east snowpack was refrozen throughout. Average HS 60cm.South slopes mostly bare.

This avalanche ran March 7th. Google earth images suggest it has run this distance previously. Tree devastation suggests not for a very long time.
