Some high cloudiness, mild temperatures on the Divide, and moderate west winds. Temperatures warmed into the 40s at Pass level. 27" of snowfall measured at the CAIC WCP Snow Study Plot in February, 42% of the 26 year average (1994-2019)
Snowpack
Found a mix of settled powder, wind crust/windpack, and developing melt/freeze crusts from strong northerly winds 2/25, followed by warming temperatures the last few days. No signs of instability.
