Obscured, lite westerly, 35F...low last 24 was 30F, S1. Past 5 days has seen S2+ thru sun and 45F...we are now dealing with warmer conditions and solar effected aspects. Welcome to spring in the very high desert.

Snowpack

West aspect, 10,700', 35 degrees Skin up was on S-SW aspects. HN24 7.5" not adhering, and sluffing on sun crust. If fx amounts verify, will see another natural cycle on solar aspects Solar protected Terrain skied has slide at least twice this season....the 2 most recent natural cycles. No whumping, settling, or cracking. No evidence recent slide activity.
