Weather
Snowing and blowing. Periods where it would lighten up and periods of more intense snowfall. Drifting near treeline was light.
Snowpack
NE-E-SE Near Treeline: fresh snow was beginning to drift, but was not yet extensive or stiff (still 4F). Minor cracking in areas of faceted old snow. Easy and clean shears at new/old interface.
E-SE Below Treeline: New snow was bonding well to previous storms. No signs of instability, though we avoided heavily drifted areas.
