Snowpack
Depth - 183cm Slope - 25° Pit Type - Full CT16 SP @ 145cm ECTP25 @ 145cm This slope was affected by significant wind loading. There was a weak temperature gradient in the lower half of the snow pack with very hard (P and K) layers comprised of rounded grains. The interface at 145 cm was akin to near crust facets, most likely formed by the dense 1F layer above. The layers below the 145-122cm layer were nearly impossible to affect with tests and were very difficult to break in general.
