Weather

Mostly cloudy with accumulation ranging from flurries to 1" an hour - visibility came and went but was mostly low. Temps around 15F. Minimal wind. Unable to get a proper photo of the slide, but one is attached from our vantage point.

Snowpack

10-12" (or more in places) of new dry snow

Avalanche

We observed tracks on the NE aspect North Diamond peak on our first lap of the trees around 10/11 am and by our final lap sometime in the afternoon we saw a pretty substantial looking avalanche on the same face.
