Skied Coleman Pinnacle. N facing slopes above 1650m held enough snow to make skiing pleasant enough - S facing slopes held January corn. Below 1650m, heavy rain crust made the snow essentially bulletproof ice, and at times walking was the transportation mode of choice. This region needs some fresh to make the skiing more enjoyable. Multiple natural size 1.5-2s noticed with stepdowns. Otherwise, no signs of instability. Views were all time.

Weather

Inversion made temps +6 at 1650m at noon.
