The wind was strong and warm coming in from the South, slabs forming on wind exposed areas in Musical bumps. Expect Cowboy ridge to be slabby and cross loaded again. -3.5 @ 1950m @14:50. Possible cornice failure on Oboe west on known producer, hard to see with poor visibility. At the top of 420 trees seemed like freezing rain that could be felt under foot. The wind and warmth started the tree bombs as well. And rime formed on the windward side of my beard, ouch.
