Experienced all types of weather and conditions up Flatiron today. Original plan was to ski needle bowl, but we decided on Flatiron after observing lots of wind affect. We saw a few old Crowns below the cliffs of needle, but I'm unsure of how old these were. Our first run was a south aspect with a thin crust on sun exposed slopes, but dry powder in the shade of trees. Second run was NW facing and was wind affected/cross loaded.

Measured the temperature at 0.5 degrees celsius at 1800m at the lake below Flatiron summit. Ridge winds were high. The sun was out in the morning and afternoon, but blocked by clouds midday. Around 4pm when we were leaving the storm reached us and light flurries occured down to Zokpios rest stop.
